Eurobond 3 Dimensions
Eurobond has spent years making aluminium composite panels that hold their colour and their shape on Indian facades. 3 Dimensions is what happens when those panels stop being flat.
The range takes the same Eurobond ACP, made at our factory in Umargram and tested in our NABL-accredited lab, and folds, profiles and projects it into three families: sculpted Shapes, profiled Louvers and blade-like Fins. A wall that used to read as one flat plane now catches light at a dozen angles and changes character between morning and evening.
Same fixing, same finishes, same weather resistance architects already specify — with depth added.
3D Shapes
At Eurobond, we see the facade as a building’s first impression and the place where it can show the most character. 3 Dimensions Shapes are aluminium composite panels formed into raised, folded and faceted surfaces that give a flat wall real depth.
Every facet meets the light at its own angle, so the wall changes through the day: crisp shadows in the morning, softer gradients by evening. From the street it reads as texture; up close, as pattern.
Combine shapes and orientations to create an elevation no other project has, or use a single shape for a lobby, an entrance or a feature wall. Each panel is made from Eurobond ACP, with the weather resistance and finish quality architects already specify.

Eurobond ACP louvers are profiled aluminium composite sections set in a steady, repeating rhythm. They let air move freely through a facade while blocking direct sun, glare and driving rain.
Use them to screen parking decks, service areas, stairwells and plant rooms, or across sun-facing elevations to cut heat gain while keeping daylight inside. Profiles, spacing and finishes can be matched to the rest of the facade, so screening becomes part of the design rather than an afterthought.

ACP Fins
Eurobond ACP fins are hollow profiles that project from the facade as vertical or horizontal blades. Set to the sun path of each elevation, they shade glazing, reduce glare and help keep interiors cooler, easing the load on air conditioning.
Spaced in a steady rhythm, fins give a plain glass front strong vertical or horizontal lines. They suit office towers, institutional buildings, showrooms and shopfronts, and come in the same Eurobond finishes as the rest of the range, so fins, louvers and shapes can work together on one building.

Benefits
Ready to install
ACP weighs a fraction of stone, concrete or solid metal, so shapes, louvers and fins are quick to lift, position and fix, and sub-frames can be lighter.
Panels can be cut, routed and folded to size in the fabrication shop, which means less work on the scaffold, a cleaner site and a faster handover. Our technical team can advise on the right fixing system for each project.
Wind load endurance
The aluminium skins give each panel tensile strength, while the core spreads and absorbs the force of strong gusts.
Shaping adds even more stiffness: every fold and bend acts like a built-in rib, so 3D panels resist flexing on tall towers and exposed sites where flat panels would need extra support.
Weather resistant
Eurobond 3D elements are made from ACP with coated aluminium skins that handle intense sun, heavy monsoon rain and high humidity without fading, warping or corroding.
The protective coating guards against rust, chalking and discolouration, so facades keep their colour and finish for years, including in coastal cities and humid regions where other materials struggle.
Wide range of designs
Choose from different shapes, profiles and orientations, and combine them into patterns that belong to one project only.
Because every element is made from Eurobond ACP, it can be matched to finishes from the wider Eurobond range, so the 3D elements sit comfortably within the rest of the facade palette.
Water and termite proof
With no timber and nothing that soaks up moisture, ACP gives termites, borers and fungus nothing to feed on, so panels stay sound in damp conditions.
Maintenance is simple. Most dirt washes off with clean water, and tougher marks come away with a soft cloth and mild soap, followed by a rinse.
Acoustic insulation
Two aluminium skins bonded to a polymer core form a composite that absorbs vibration and reduces the sound that passes through the wall.
The folds and ridges of 3D profiles break up and scatter sound waves, cutting echo from traffic outside and reverberation in large halls inside. Pair the panels with mineral wool or acoustic foam where extra soundproofing is needed, in auditoriums, offices and hospitals.
